Hoofdtelefoon Beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO 250 OHM zwart limited edition

The Beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO 250 OHM Black Limited Edition are closed-back studio headphones engineered for professional monitoring and critical listening. They provide pronounced isolation from ambient noise, a wide frequency response from 5 to 35,000 Hz and a robust build designed to withstand prolonged studio use. The 250 ohm impedance is intended for headphone amplifiers and professional audio interfaces, delivering controlled dynamics and clear detail across lows, mids and highs.

Advantages

These headphones combine solid mechanical construction with soft, replaceable ear pads and a secure, adjustable headband for extended comfort during long sessions. The closed design enhances sound isolation for tracking and live monitoring, while the high impedance supports neutral, accurate reproduction when paired with appropriate amplification. The frequency range and reliable transient response make them suitable for critical listening and precise mixing decisions.

Suitable for

• Studio recording and tracking
• Mixing and critical listening
• Post-production and editing
• Reference monitoring with dedicated headphone amplifiers or audio interfaces

Key specifications

• Type: Closed-back, circumaural studio headphones
• Frequency response: 5 – 35,000 Hz
• Impedance: 250 ohm
• Transducer principle: Dynamic
• Cable: Straight coiled or straight (as supplied) with robust connector
• Weight: Designed for balanced wearing comfort during long sessions

How to use

Connect the headphones to a suitable headphone amplifier, audio interface, or console output capable of driving 250 ohm loads. Place the ear cups over the ears and adjust the headband for a secure, comfortable fit; ensure the ear pads form a good seal for effective passive isolation. Use moderate volume levels when checking mixes or during tracking to preserve hearing accuracy, and allow short breaks during extended sessions to avoid listener fatigue.

Recommendations

For best results, pair the DT 770 PRO 250 OHM with a dedicated headphone amplifier or an audio interface that can supply sufficient output voltage and current. Replace ear pads periodically if they show wear to maintain fit and isolation, and store the headphones in a dry, dust-free place when not in use.
