Huawei AP771 outdoor dual-band WiFi 7 access point, 2x2:2 MU-MIMO, 2,5G PoE++, IP68, eKit Managed 50088525

The Huawei AP771 stands apart from typical outdoor access points by pairing true Wi-Fi 7 performance with a rugged IP68 housing and cloud-ready eKit management. Unlike indoor-only or weather-sensitive units, this model is built for year-round exposure, delivering 6.428 Gbps aggregate throughput across 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands with integrated omnidirectional antennas. Its 2x2:2 MIMO configuration and support for Multi-Link Operation (MLO), 4096-QAM, and OFDMA ensure low latency and high client density, while 802.3bt PoE++ simplifies installation by combining power and data over a single 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet cable.

Highlights

• Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) dual-band operation with up to 6.428 Gbps aggregate data rate
• Integrated omnidirectional antennas for 360° coverage without external hardware
• 2x2:2 MU-MIMO on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz radios for efficient multi-client performance
• IP68-rated weatherproof enclosure withstands dust, rain, and extreme temperatures from -40°C to +65°C
• One 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet (RJ45) port with 802.3bt PoE++ power input
• Advanced wireless technologies: MLO, 4096-QAM, OFDMA, TWT for power saving
• Enterprise-grade security with WPA3, rogue AP detection, and built-in firewall
• Flexible management via Huawei eKit cloud, local web UI, or SNMP
• Supports up to 512 concurrent clients for high-density outdoor venues
• Pole or wall mount options included for versatile deployment

In daily use

Deploy the AP771 in parking lots, campuses, stadiums, or outdoor hospitality areas where reliable high-speed wireless is non-negotiable. The omnidirectional antenna pattern eliminates dead zones, while MLO and 4096-QAM maximize throughput even in congested RF environments. PoE++ means a single cable run from a compatible switch or injector powers the unit, reducing installation complexity. With eKit cloud management, you can provision, monitor, and update multiple APs remotely, making it ideal for distributed networks. The IP68 rating ensures operation during heavy rain or dust storms, and the wide temperature range covers harsh winters and scorching summers.
