The Hypertec 225125-HY RF Wireless Optical 1600 DPI is a right-hand vertical wireless mouse designed for office use. It uses RF wireless connectivity and optical movement detection with a 1600 DPI resolution for precise cursor control. The device has five pressable buttons and a scroll wheel, housed in a sleek black enclosure that combines ergonomic shaping for right-hand users with a compact footprint suited to everyday desk setups.

Advantages

The vertical right-hand form factor reduces wrist pronation compared with traditional flat mice, promoting a more natural hand position during extended use. RF wireless connectivity provides a stable connection without cable clutter, while 1600 DPI optical tracking balances accuracy and smooth cursor movement across common office surfaces. Five buttons and a tactile scroll wheel offer basic navigation and workflow control without requiring additional drivers.

How to use

Install the included RF receiver into an available USB port on your computer. If the mouse requires batteries, insert them according to the polarity markings inside the battery compartment. Switch the mouse on and allow the operating system to detect the RF device; most systems will automatically install a basic driver and make the mouse ready for immediate use. Position your hand on the vertical grip with the thumb resting on the side support, use the primary and secondary buttons for clicks, the additional buttons for configurable shortcuts if supported, and operate the scroll wheel for document navigation.

Recommendations

For best tracking performance, use the mouse on a flat, non-reflective surface or a mouse pad. If you experience sporadic connectivity, try repositioning the RF receiver to avoid interference from nearby metal objects or USB 3.0 ports. Replace batteries when pointer responsiveness decreases, and keep the optical sensor area free of dust for consistent movement detection.
