Hypertec 858618-HY netwerkkabel groen 1,5 m Cat7 S/FTP (S-STP)

The Hypertec ProConnectLite S/FTP Cat7 snagless LSZH Green 1.5m (Hypertec 858618-HY) is a 1.5 metre Category 7 network cable with S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends. Designed for high-speed data transmission and reduced electromagnetic interference, this green cable is suitable for structured cabling in demanding network environments where low-smoke, zero-halogen materials are preferred.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding provides improved protection against crosstalk and external interference. Cat7 specification supports higher frequencies and bandwidth compared with lower-category cables. Snagless RJ-45 connectors reduce the risk of connector clip damage during installation, and LSZH jacket material lowers smoke and toxic gas emission in case of fire. The 1.5 m length is convenient for short runs between devices.

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 connectors into the corresponding Ethernet ports on your network devices until the connector latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For permanent or rack installations, secure the cable with appropriate cable management accessories, ensuring the shield termination is maintained where applicable.

Recommendations

Use this Cat7 S/FTP cable for short, shielded connections where higher bandwidth and reduced interference are needed; verify connector compatibility and avoid exceeding recommended bend radius to preserve performance.
