INFRALAN U-DQ(ZN)BH OM3 24G (1x24) Eca 2000N LSZH zwart 5,8mm glasvezelkabel 54524.1D-E2

Data centre technicians and enterprise network engineers deploy this 24-fibre OM3 multimode loose tube cable in backbone and riser runs where high bandwidth and flame-retardant safety are required. The black LSZH sheath and non-metallic central strength member support indoor/outdoor installation with a 2000 N maximum tensile load.

Key specifications

• Fibre type: OM3 multimode 50/125 µm
• Fibre count: 24 (1 tube of 24 fibres)
• Construction: Loose tube, non-metallic central strength member
• Sheath: LSZH, black, 5.8 mm outer diameter
• Maximum tensile strength: 2000 N
• Fire performance: Euroclass Eca
• Bandwidth: 1500 MHz·km @ 850 nm, 500 MHz·km @ 1300 nm
• Attenuation: ≤ 2.5 dB/km @ 850 nm, ≤ 0.8 dB/km @ 1300 nm
• Operating temperature: -20 °C to +70 °C
• Minimum bending radius: 116 mm (installation), 58 mm (operation)

Why choose it

OM3 fibre supports 10 Gb/s Ethernet up to 300 metres, making it suitable for high-density backbone links. The Eca rating confirms limited fire spread, and the LSZH sheath emits low smoke and zero halogen in a fire, protecting personnel and equipment.

Ideal use cases

• Data centre backbone cabling
• Building riser and horizontal trunking
• Indoor/outdoor campus links
• High-port-count switch interconnects

Good to know

The non-metallic central strength member provides rodent resistance and eliminates grounding concerns. The 5.8 mm diameter allows dense packing in ducts and trays.
