InLine 35798I USB-kabel USB 3.2 Gen 2 (3.1 Gen 2) 15 m USB C Zwart

Maximum transmission quality up to 8K@60Hz:Supports modern video formats such as 8K@60Hz or 4K@120Hz – perfect for professional AV applications with the highest demands.
Adaptive 5-fibre structure:One of the OM3 fibres is adaptively usable (DP or USB) – for flexible switching between pure video transmission or video with USB data channel.
Active optical hybrid technology (AOC):Combination of copper and fibre optic cables for loss-free transmission over long distances without an external power supply or repeater.
DisplayPort Alt Mode via USB-C with HDR support:Compatible with DP Alt Mode (4-lane/2-lane) – including HDR10, HDCP 2.2, EDID and 3D support.
Robust construction for professional applications:Metal housing, flexible cable sheath, OM3 fibres and copper conductors for durability in AV, industrial or test environments.

The InLine® USB 3.2 Gen.2 AOC cable from the 3579xI series is the high-end solution for demanding AV, data and docking applications with variable use. The unique adaptive fibre architecture allows either the use of all four lanes for DisplayPort 2.1 or a combination of 2x DP + 2x USB 3.2 (10 Gbps), depending on requirements. This enables resolutions of up to 8K@60Hz or 4K@120Hz, or alternatively 4K@60Hz with simultaneous high-speed data transfer. Active optical transmission (AOC) also allows longer cable lengths to be used without any loss of quality or external power supply.
Support for HDR10, HDCP 2.2, EDID, 3D and USB Power Delivery (up to 60W) round off the profile – ideal for modern AV systems, high-resolution displays, docking solutions and technical test environments.

How to use

Connect one USB-C plug to the host device and the other to the USB-C port on the target device, such as a monitor, docking station, or laptop. Ensure both connected devices support the required USB-C alternate mode or display protocols for video transmission and that the host can supply or accept power at the cable’s rated delivery. For best results, avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable; route it along a smooth path and secure it where necessary to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

Verify device compatibility for USB 3.2 Gen 2 and 8K video support before deployment. When using the cable for power delivery, confirm the connected devices negotiate the correct power profile and monitor device temperatures during initial use. Keep firmware and drivers of connected devices up to date to ensure stable AV and data performance over long cable runs.
