InLine HDMI-DVI-kabel HDMI-stekker / DVI-stekker 18+1 zwart 5m

The InLine HDMI-DVI Cable (HDMI male / DVI male, 18+1) is a 5 m video cable designed to connect HDMI sources to DVI displays. It supports digital video transmission between devices such as set-top boxes, DVD/Blu-ray players and graphics cards to monitors, projectors and digital TVs. The cable features nickel-plated contacts and a black jacket for durability and stable signal transmission.

Advantages

The cable provides a straightforward digital video connection between HDMI output devices and DVI input displays without active converters. Nickel-plated contacts improve corrosion resistance and help maintain a reliable signal. Its 5 m length offers flexibility for room layouts while keeping a single-cable solution for video-only transmission.

Suitable for

• Connecting HDMI source devices (set-top boxes, DVD/Blu-ray players, PCs) to DVI monitors
• Video connection between graphics cards and projectors with DVI input
• Home theater setups where audio is handled separately and only digital video is required

Key specifications

• Connector 1: HDMI (male)
• Connector 2: DVI (male), 18+1
• Cable length: 5 m
• Contact plating: nickel-plated contacts
• Colour: Black

How to use

Power off both source and display devices before connecting. Insert the HDMI male connector into the HDMI output of your source device and the DVI male connector into the DVI input of your display. Secure connections gently to avoid bending pins. After connection, power on the devices and select the appropriate input on the display. Note that this cable transmits digital video only; separate audio cabling is required if sound is needed.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid tight cable bends and keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic interference. If audio is required, use a separate audio connection from the source to the display or an external audio system.
