How to use

Insert the Type A male plug into the host computer or USB hub A-port and the down-angled Type B male plug into the device’s Type B receptacle (for example, a printer or scanner). Ensure connectors are correctly aligned and fully inserted. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical strain on the angled connector.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use the cable with USB 2.0 ports where possible. Avoid repeated bending at the angled connector and keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic interference sources. If longer distance or shielding for noisy environments is required, consider a certified shielded cable or a powered USB hub.
