InLine USB3.2 Gen.1 actieve repeater-kabel Type-A stekker / bus, zwart, 20 m

The InLine USB3.2 Gen.1 Active Repeater Cable is a 20 m USB A male to USB A female extension cable designed to extend USB signals without loss. It supports USB 3.2 Gen 1 (formerly USB 3.0) with a maximum data rate of 5 Gbit/s and features gold-plated contacts for reliable connectivity. This active cable includes signal amplification circuitry to maintain performance over the extended length. Note: the cable is not cascaded and cannot be extended further with additional active repeaters.

Advantages

This active repeater cable preserves USB 3.2 Gen 1 signal integrity over a 20 m distance, enabling high-speed data transfer up to 5 Gbit/s. Gold-plated contacts improve connection reliability and resistance to corrosion. The A male to A female configuration allows simple plug-and-play extension of existing USB A connections while the integrated active electronics compensate for signal attenuation over long runs.

Suitable for

• Extending USB peripherals such as external drives, webcams or printers up to 20 m
• Connecting USB devices in home or office environments where a long cable run is required
• Temporary setups, presentations, or installations requiring a single long USB A extension

How to use

Connect the USB A male plug of the repeater cable to the host device or upstream USB port, then connect your USB device to the USB A female connector at the far end. Ensure both connected devices are powered as required; some high-power peripherals may still require an external power source. The active circuitry is contained within the cable and requires no user configuration.

Recommendations

Do not attempt to cascade multiple active repeater cables; this product is not designed for chaining. For stable high-speed operation, avoid running the cable near strong electromagnetic sources and ensure connectors are fully seated. If a device draws significant current, consider using a powered USB hub or a device with its own power supply.
