InLine ventilatorrooster metaal verchroomd, 40x40mm

The InLine Fan Guard Metal Chromium Plated 40x40mm is a durable metal grille with chromium plating designed to protect users and components from contact with moving fan blades. Sized for fans with a 40 mm diameter (4 cm), the silver-coloured guard fits compact cooling assemblies and helps maintain unobstructed airflow while reducing the risk of accidental contact and foreign objects entering the fan housing.

Advantages

The chromium-plated metal construction offers corrosion resistance and mechanical strength for extended service life. Its compact 40x40mm form factor is compatible with small cooling fans and allows continued airflow with minimal interference. The product is lightweight and simple to install in standard fan mounts.

How to use

Align the fan guard with the fan mounting holes on the 40 mm fan or housing, then secure it using appropriate screws or fasteners compatible with the fan and enclosure. Ensure the grille is mounted flush and does not contact the fan blades. After installation, verify that the fan spins freely and airflow is not obstructed.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect the guard for deformation or buildup of dust and debris; clean with a soft brush or compressed air and replace if damaged to maintain protection and airflow.
