InLine ventilatorbeschermrooster metaal verchroomd, 120x120mm

The InLine Fan Guard Metal InLine 33370 is a chrome-plated metal protective cover designed for 120x120 mm fans with a blade circle diameter of 119 mm. It provides a sturdy barrier that prevents accidental contact with moving fan blades while allowing airflow and helping to limit large dust and debris from reaching the fan. The chrome finish offers corrosion resistance and an unobtrusive appearance suitable for computer cases and other equipment housings.

Advantages

This metal fan guard combines durable chrome-plated construction with a precise fit for standard 120 mm fans. It prevents finger or object contact with the blades, reduces the ingress of larger particles, and maintains airflow with minimal obstruction. The guard is easy to install and designed for long-term use in cooling assemblies.

How to use

Align the fan guard over the fan so the mounting holes on the guard match the fan or case mounting points. Secure the guard with appropriate screws through the guard into the fan or housing, ensuring it is firmly attached without deforming the guard or bending the fan blades. Verify that the guard does not contact the blades and that the fan spins freely before powering the system.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the guard with standard 120x120 mm fans and check compatibility with the fan’s mounting hole pattern. Periodically inspect and clean the guard to remove accumulated dust; avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the chrome finish.
