IP-beveiligingscamera Hikvision DS-2CD2T43G2-2I bullet 2688 x 1520

The Hikvision DS-2CD2T43G2-2I Bullet 2688 x 1520 is an outdoor IP security camera designed for perimeter and site monitoring. It delivers 2688 x 1520 resolution using a CMOS sensor and a fixed 4 mm lens. The camera provides a horizontal field of view of 84° and a vertical field of view of 45°, with a rotation capability of 360° for flexible alignment. Built for wired network installation, the unit supports video motion detection and is available in white with ceiling or wall mounting options. Detection performance extends to approximately 80 m and observation range up to 31 m, making it suitable for medium-range outdoor surveillance.

Advantages

The camera combines high-resolution imaging with a compact bullet form factor, offering clear detail at 2688 x 1520 pixels and stable performance via a wired Ethernet connection. Its fixed 4 mm focal length and wide field of view simplify installation and scene coverage, while the CMOS sensor enables consistent image capture in daytime conditions. The 360° rotation capability allows installers to fine-tune orientation, and the ceiling or wall mounting options support versatile placement for different outdoor layouts.

Suitable for

• Perimeter and entrance monitoring of residential and commercial properties
• Parking lots and driveways
• Outdoor site surveillance for small to medium businesses
• Areas requiring wired, reliable network video recording

How to use

Mount the camera on a suitable outdoor surface using the included bracket, choosing ceiling or wall orientation as required. Connect the camera to a PoE-capable network switch or inject power and data through separate wiring if PoE is not used. Configure network settings and video parameters through the Hikvision configuration interface or an NVR that supports the camera. Adjust the 360° rotation and physical aim to cover the desired scene, then fine-tune the field of view by positioning the camera so that critical areas fall within the 84° horizontal and 45° vertical angles. Enable motion detection and set sensitivity schedules to reduce false alerts.

Recommendations

Place the camera at an elevated position with an unobstructed view toward the monitored area and avoid aiming directly at strong light sources. For reliable 24/7 operation, use a stable wired Ethernet connection and integrate the camera with a network video recorder or compatible management software for recording, remote access, and firmware updates.
