The Philips Hue Secure Flood Light Camera 1920x1080 is an outdoor IP security camera designed for wall mounting. In a black bullet-style housing it combines a 1920 x 1080 CMOS image sensor with wireless connectivity and integrated flood lighting to monitor driveways, entrances and perimeter areas. The device supports two audio input channels and is intended for continuous outdoor use where a reliable Wi‑Fi connection is available.

The flood light design increases scene visibility at night and the bullet form factor with wall mounting offers adjustable aiming and robust outdoor placement. Its black finish integrates discreetly with modern exteriors.

Verify live view and event notifications on a mobile device and adjust the flood light aim to avoid glare or unwanted reflections.

Recommendations

Place the camera where it has a clear line of sight to the area to be monitored, avoid pointing directly at strong light sources, and position the flood light to illuminate the scene without creating backlight that can reduce image clarity. For best performance, maintain a stable Wi‑Fi signal and follow local guidelines for outdoor electrical installations.
