Irix Cine Entry Set Fuji X Metrisch (21mm, 35mm, 45mm T1.5) [ICES-FX-M]

For cinematographers stepping into the Fujifilm X-mount ecosystem, the Irix Cine Entry Set delivers a coherent trio of T1.5 primes—21mm, 35mm, and 45mm—with matching mechanics and a full-frame image circle. Unlike adapted still lenses or mixed-brand kits, every lens shares the same 95mm front diameter, 86mm filter thread, 0.8 MOD gear positions, and 180° focus rotation, so rigging and follow-focus setups stay consistent across all three focal lengths.

Highlights

• Three fast T1.5 primes covering wide, normal, and short telephoto perspectives
• Metric focus scales calibrated in meters for precise distance marks
• 11-blade iris on each lens for smooth, rounded bokeh and organic focus falloff
• Full-frame image circle (43.3mm diagonal) with Fujifilm X-mount
• Weather-sealed construction for reliable operation in challenging environments
• Unified 95mm front diameter and 86mm filter thread across the set

In daily use

The 21mm offers a 0.3 m minimum focus distance, while the 35mm matches it and the 45mm reaches 0.4 m—enough for tight close-ups without losing the set's consistent handling. Focus rings rotate a full 180° with a standard 0.8 MOD gear, and the aperture ring's 75° throw gives smooth, repeatable iris pulls. The 21mm's 16-element design controls distortion and flare, while the 35mm and 45mm use 11 elements in 9 groups for balanced sharpness and contrast. All three lenses share the same front diameter, so a single matte box or clip-on filter system works across the kit.
