K2 Systems S-Dome 6.10 Windbreaker LS ballast tray voor platdak-PV (aluminium, liggend formaat, 10° helling)

Unlike conventional ballast trays that merely add weight, the K2 Systems S-Dome 6.10 Windbreaker LS integrates wind deflection with optimized ballast distribution. This aluminum component is engineered specifically for the S-Dome 6.10 mounting system, enabling a more efficient and secure flat roof PV installation. By reducing wind uplift, it allows for lower ballast requirements while maintaining structural integrity, making it an ideal choice for commercial and industrial flat roofs.

Highlights

• Reduces wind load and optimizes ballast requirements for flat roof PV systems
• Compatible exclusively with the K2 S-Dome 6.10 mounting system
• Landscape panel orientation with 10° tilt angle
• Non-penetrating installation method preserves roof integrity
• High corrosion and UV resistance for long-term outdoor durability
• TÜV Rheinland certified and backed by a 12-year product warranty

In daily use

Installed as part of the S-Dome 6.10 system, this windbreaker tray provides a stable base that holds ballast (e.g., concrete blocks) while deflecting wind around the array. Its mill-finished aluminum construction ensures durability without the need for additional coating. The non-penetrating design is perfect for flat roofs where waterproofing must remain intact, offering a reliable and maintenance-free solution.
