Kabeladapter Renkforce RF-4087416

The Renkforce RF-4087416 cable gender changer is a compact black RJ45 adapter with an angled plug and gold-plated contacts. It connects two RJ45 cables to change connector gender or extend cable runs while ensuring reliable data transmission. The angled design helps route cables in confined spaces and reduces strain on sockets and cables, making it suitable for use in network cabinets, patch panels, servers and switches.

Advantages

The angled RJ45 plug provides an optimal cable guide for hard-to-reach sockets and minimizes bending stress that can cause cable breakage or socket damage. Gold-plated contact pins resist corrosion and improve conductivity for stable, high-quality data transfer. The adapter is compliant with RoHS and REACH standards, ensuring reduced use of hazardous substances in line with EU regulations.

Suitable for

• Routing Ethernet cables in tight spaces such as racks and cabinets
• Connecting two RJ45 patch cables to extend length
• Changing cable gender between two RJ45 cables
• Use with switches, patch panels, servers and other network devices

How to use

Insert one RJ45 cable plug into each side of the gender changer until the connectors click into place. Use the adapter to change the gender of a cable connection or to join two patch cables to extend reach. Position the angled plug so the cable is routed away from walls or equipment to reduce stress on the connector and the cable.

Recommendations

Do not apply excessive force when inserting or removing cables; route cables to avoid sharp bends. For long runs or permanent installations, verify performance with network testing tools to ensure signal integrity.
