Kabelmantel DeLOCK 20881 blauw 1,7 cm polyester 5000 mm

The DeLOCK 20881 cable sleeve is a woven polyester sleeve designed to bundle and protect exposed cables, electrical tubes and wires. It has an inner diameter of 1.7 cm and a length of 5000 mm. Constructed from continuous monofilament and multifilament fibres, the sleeve provides increased flame resistance and abrasion resistance and withstands temperatures from -50 to 150 °C.

Advantages

The woven construction offers automatic self-closing around cables while allowing repeated addition and removal of cables. The polyester material delivers durability and temperature resistance. The sleeve can be cut to length with a hot cutting tool to prevent fraying and achieve a custom fit.

Suitable for

• Organising and protecting computer, AV and power cables
• Bundling wiring in server racks, workstations and home offices
• Protecting cables in industrial equipment and machinery
• Routing wiring in vehicles, boats and other transport

How to use

Slide or push the cables into the open end of the woven sleeve; the sleeve will close around the cables. Add or remove cables as needed — the sleeve allows multiple insertions and removals. To shorten the sleeve, cut to the required length and seal the cut edge with a hot cutting tool to prevent unraveling.

Recommendations

For best results, ensure cables are clean and dry before insertion. When sealing cut edges with a hot tool, follow safety precautions and work on a heat-resistant surface to avoid damage or injury.
