The DeLOCK 60280 cable gland is a metallic brass unit designed to provide a watertight seal where cables or electrical conduits pass through an enclosure. Constructed from durable brass with a metallic finish, this single-piece gland protects cable entry points against dust and moisture while ensuring a secure mechanical connection to the housing.

Advantages

Route the cable or conduit through the gland and tighten the sealing components to achieve a watertight connection. Ensure the selected hole size matches the gland specifications and that the cable diameter is compatible before tightening.

Recommendations

For reliable sealing, check compatibility of cable diameter and enclosure hole, and inspect the gland periodically for corrosion or wear when used in harsh environments.
