Kabelwartel DeLOCK 60344 grijs kunststof 1 stuk

The DeLOCK 60344 cable gland provides a watertight and dustproof seal for housings where cables or electrical conduits pass through. Made of grey plastic and supplied as a single piece, it is intended for secure cable entry and protection in industrial and general applications.

Advantages

The integrated bend protection spiral provides strain relief for flexible cables, reducing the risk of damage from excessive bending, for example near moving machine parts. The cable gland is rated IP68, offering protection against dust and long-term immersion in water. Its robust plastic construction ensures durability while keeping weight low.

Suitable for

• Cable and conduit lead-throughs in control cabinets
• Automation and robotics installations
• Machinery with moving parts where bend protection is required
• Indoor and outdoor enclosures requiring dust and water protection

How to use

Drill or prepare an appropriately sized opening in the housing, insert the cable gland and position the cable or conduit through it. Tighten or fix the gland according to the enclosure design so that the sealing surfaces compress and create a watertight fit. Ensure the bend protection spiral is placed along the cable where strain relief is required.

Recommendations

Verify the hole diameter and cable dimensions before installation to ensure proper sealing. For applications with frequent mechanical movement, regularly inspect the bend protection for wear and replace the gland if damage is detected.
