Kattenbakmat PETKIT P9220 High Performance grijs – bodymat tegen het verspreiden van grit

PETKIT P9220 High Performance Grey is a flat floor mat designed to capture and contain cat litter granules and tracked debris from around the litter box. Made for indoor use and suitable for multi-cat households, the mat lies beside the litter tray to reduce litter spread and simplify cleaning. Its neutral grey finish integrates with home interiors while providing a functional surface that limits the migration of litter onto hard floors and low-pile carpets.

Advantages

The PETKIT P9220 mat offers a low-profile surface that traps litter particles and loose debris without adding bulk around the litter area. The material is easy to clean, resists water and odours, and retains its shape under regular use. Because it lies flat, it reduces tripping hazards compared with raised ramps or trays, and it is compatible with different litter box placements. The neutral colour minimises visible stains and blends with most floorings.

Suitable for

• Apartment and house interiors with hard floors or low-pile carpets
• Multi-cat households to reduce cross-tracking of litter
• Pet owners seeking a low-maintenance solution to swept or vacuumed litter
• Placement beside standard and covered litter trays

Key specifications

• Flat, low-profile design for placement beside a litter tray
• Colour: grey for reduced visibility of debris
• Surface engineered to trap granules and small debris
• Water-resistant and easy-to-clean material
• Suitable for indoor use and multi-cat environments

How to use

Place the PETKIT P9220 mat directly adjacent to the litter box exit so that cats step onto the mat when leaving the tray. Ensure the mat lies flat on the floor to maximise contact with the cat's paws and capture loose litter. Regularly shake out or vacuum the mat to remove accumulated particles; for thorough cleaning, wipe with a damp cloth or rinse and air dry according to the floor surface and cleaning practices.

Recommendations

To maintain effectiveness, position the mat to align with the most used exit point of the litter box and clean it at least once a week or more often in multi-cat households. Avoid placing heavy furniture on the mat to preserve its flat profile. When using with very fine or lightweight litters, combine the mat with a litter box with a low exit step to further reduce tracking.
