Keycap-set Traitors YUKI ONNA (UK-layout) – designer-thema keycaps voor mechanische toetsenborden

Traitors YUKI ONNA (UK layout) Keycap Set is a themed replacement keycap collection designed for mechanical keyboards using standard MX-style switches. Supplied as a complete UK-layout set, these keycaps offer a cohesive visual theme and consistent key coverage for full-size and compact UK-mapped keyboards. The set focuses on providing decorative legends and textured surfaces while maintaining compatibility with common mechanical key switch mounts.

Advantages

The keycap set combines thematic artwork with durable keycap construction to change the keyboard’s appearance without affecting switch performance. Legends and accents are arranged to match UK layout requirements, and the set includes keycaps for common modifier and navigation keys to ensure full layout coverage. The design supports reliable key seating on MX-compatible stems and aims to preserve typing stability and profile uniformity.

How to use

Before installation, power off and unplug the keyboard. Remove existing keycaps using a keycap puller to avoid damaging switches. Align each Traitors YUKI ONNA keycap with the MX-style stem and press down evenly until it seats securely. Replace keys in accordance with UK layout placement, verifying that modifier and special keys correspond to your keyboard’s stabilizers and spacing. After installation, reconnect the keyboard and test each key for proper operation.

Recommendations

For longevity, clean keycaps with a soft cloth and mild soapy water; avoid harsh solvents. When removing larger stabilized keys (such as the spacebar, Enter, and Shift), take care to disengage stabilizers gently to prevent bending. Confirm compatibility with your keyboard’s stabilizers and layout before purchasing to ensure full fit and correct legend placement.
