Koelsysteem-diagnose-service-set ks tools MASTER 25-delig

The ks tools MASTER 25-piece cooling system diagnostic service set is a professional kit designed for inspection and testing of vehicle cooling circuits. The set provides a range of adapters and testing tools that allow technicians to pressurize cooling systems, locate leaks, and verify the integrity of hoses, radiators, and caps. Intended for workshop and mobile service use, the kit helps accelerate fault identification and routine maintenance on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.

Advantages

This 25-piece diagnostic set offers a broad selection of adapters to fit a variety of cooling system connections, reducing the need for improvised fittings. The tools are engineered for durable use in professional environments and allow accurate pressure testing to detect leaks and component failures. Compact organization and clear arrangement of parts make the set convenient for mobile technicians and workshop benches, supporting efficient workflow and repeatable testing procedures.

Suitable for

• Leak detection and pressure testing of vehicle cooling circuits
• Inspection of radiators, hose connections, water pumps and expansion tanks
• Routine maintenance checks in workshops and mobile service vehicles
• Pre-delivery checks and troubleshooting after cooling system repairs

Key specifications

• Number of pieces: 25
• Includes assorted adapters for multiple coolant filler necks and hose sizes
• Pressure testing capability suitable for typical passenger vehicle cooling systems
• Durable materials designed for professional workshop use
• Compact case for organized storage and transport

How to use

Select the adapter that matches the vehicle's coolant filler neck or hose connection and assemble it with the pressure tester according to the kit layout. With the engine cold, attach the adapter securely, then use the hand pump to pressurize the cooling system to the recommended test pressure for the vehicle. Observe pressure gauge readings for drops that indicate leaks, and inspect hoses, clamps, radiator seams and connections while the system is pressurized. Release pressure through the tester's bleed valve before removing adapters and topping up coolant as required.

Recommendations

Use only on cold cooling systems and follow vehicle manufacturer test pressures. Wear appropriate eye and hand protection and perform tests in a well-ventilated area. After testing, ensure all fittings are removed and the cooling system is restored to the correct fill and pressure state.
