Krimpkous CellPack 127122, 10 m lengte, per stuk

CellPack 127122 heat-shrink tubing is a shrinkable insulating sleeve supplied as a 10 m length in a single pack. Designed for electrical insulation, cable protection and strain relief, this tubing contracts when heated to form a tight, durable cover over joints, repairs and connectors. The product is suitable for wiring work, cable harnesses and routine maintenance tasks where moisture resistance and mechanical protection are required.

Advantages

The tubing provides reliable electrical insulation and abrasion resistance while reducing the risk of short circuits. Its shrinkable material creates a snug fit around uneven surfaces and connector assemblies to improve mechanical stability and reduce cable strain. Supplied in a continuous 10 m length, it allows flexible cutting to size for individual applications and repairs.

How to use

Cut the required length of tubing to cover the joint, connector or cable area. Slide the tubing into position and apply heat evenly using a heat gun, hot air tool or suitable heat source until the tubing contracts tightly around the component. Allow it to cool so the material seals and sets. For repeated applications, inspect the tubing for secure adhesion and correct shrinkage before putting the assembly into service.

Recommendations

When heating, maintain a safe distance and move the heat source continuously to avoid overheating or damaging insulation. If the spool includes tied sections, untie gently to avoid deforming the tubing. Select an appropriate diameter and wall thickness for the cable or connector to ensure effective insulation and mechanical protection.
