Advantages

The crimping tool includes interchangeable crimping profile inserts fixed by a catch holder in the tool body, allowing fast profile changes without additional tools. How to use

Select the appropriate crimping profile insert for the ferrule type and fit it into the catch holder in the tool body. Place the ferrule with stripped conductor into the crimping jaws, squeeze the handles until the ratchet releases to apply the correct crimping pressure, then remove the crimped terminal. Change profiles by releasing the catch holder and inserting the required profile; spare profiles are accessible from the integrated magazine holders.

Recommendations

Use only ferrules and conductor sizes compatible with the selected crimping profile. Regularly inspect and clean the crimping profiles and handles; replace worn inserts to maintain crimp quality. Do not use the tool on live circuits and follow relevant safety procedures during electrical work.
