Kühlkörper Barrow DDC DCHL-V3 b zwart — koellichaam voor DDC-pomp, compact aluminium/messing ontwerp

Barrow DDC DCHL-V3 b black is a compact heatsink engineered for DDC-series water-cooling pumps. The unit attaches directly to compatible DDC pump housings and uses a mixed-metal construction to conduct heat away from the pump head. Finished in black, the heatsink provides passive thermal dissipation without additional fans, preserving a low-noise profile while maintaining a small footprint suitable for confined builds.

Advantages

The heatsink combines aluminum and brass surfaces to improve thermal transfer from the pump housing. Its compact dimensions and integrated mounting points allow secure installation on compatible DDC pumps, and the black finish offers a neutral appearance that fits most custom loop layouts. Because it is a passive device, it does not add mechanical noise or consume power and requires no additional cabling.

Suitable for

• Custom PC water-cooling loops using DDC-series pumps
• SFF (small form factor) builds where space is limited
• Systems where passive, low-noise pump cooling is desired
• Setups requiring a compact, durable mounting solution for the pump

Key specifications

• Compatible pump family: DDC-series pumps
• Construction materials: aluminum and brass heat-conductive components
• Finish: black coating on external surfaces
• Cooling type: passive heatsink (no integrated fan)
• Mounting: designed for direct attachment to DDC pump housings with fixed mounting points
• Form factor: compact design suitable for limited internal space

How to use

Install the heatsink directly onto a compatible DDC pump housing following the pump and heatsink manufacturer’s mounting instructions. Ensure the pump is powered off and the cooling loop is drained or isolated before removal or installation. Align the heatsink mounting points with the pump housing, secure fasteners evenly to avoid stress on the pump body, and confirm a snug fit without over-tightening. After installation, refill and bleed the loop according to standard liquid-cooling procedures and monitor pump temperature during initial operation.

Recommendations

Use the heatsink in conjunction with proper loop maintenance: maintain coolant quality, avoid air pockets, and ensure the pump inlet and outlet remain unobstructed. For best thermal performance, install the heatsink where internal airflow can assist passive dissipation, and check fastener torque periodically to maintain secure attachment.
