KWB 496108 delta schuurpapier, korrel 80, 93 mm, 5-pack

Delta sanding paper with hook-and-loop backing for fast material removal on wood, paint, varnish, and filler. Grit 80 aluminum oxide abrasive delivers coarse-to-medium sanding performance, while the triangular shape reaches corners and edges that rectangular sheets miss. The paper backing is durable and the synthetic resin bonding keeps the abrasive sharp during dry sanding. Standard dust extraction holes help keep the work surface clean. Each pack contains 5 sheets sized for 93 mm delta sanders and multi-sanders.

Advantages

Aluminum oxide abrasive stays sharp longer than standard sandpaper. Hook-and-loop attachment allows quick sheet changes without clamps. Triangular shape fits into tight corners and along edges. Dust extraction holes reduce clogging and improve visibility of the sanding line. Synthetic resin bonding resists heat and tearing during aggressive sanding.

Suitable for

• Removing old paint and varnish from flat and contoured surfaces
• Smoothing wood filler and joint compound
• Preparing bare wood for priming or painting
• Coarse sanding of rough timber before finer grits
• Use with 93 mm delta sanders and compatible multi-sanders

Recommendations

For best results, use a dust extraction system with your sander. Start with grit 80 for heavy material removal, then progress to finer grits (120, 180) for a smooth finish. Replace the sheet when the abrasive feels dull or clogged to maintain sanding efficiency.
