Lanberg IF-35-25 - universeel - HDD-houder - metaal - zilver - 2.5 - 16 mm

The Lanberg IF-35-25 is a metal mounting frame that allows a single 2.5" SSD or HDD to be installed into a standard internal 3.5" bay. Supplied as a pack of two brackets, the product provides a compact and sturdy solution for securing smaller drives inside desktop computer cases and other enclosures.

Advantages

Constructed from metal for durability, the bracket is lightweight and finished in silver. Its compact dimensions (16 mm width, 120 mm depth, 29 mm height) make it compatible with most 3.5" drive bays while keeping the 2.5" device firmly mounted. The package contains two identical brackets, simplifying installation and providing a spare for additional drives.

Suitable for

• Installing a single 2.5" SSD or HDD into a 3.5" internal bay
• Upgrading desktop PCs with laptop-size drives
• Securing drives in server chassis or small enclosures that accept 3.5" bays

Connect power and data cables to the drive and verify detection in the system BIOS or operating system. Repeat with the second bracket if installing an additional drive.

Recommendations

Use standard 2.5" mounting screws appropriate for your drive. Ensure the drive is firmly fastened to prevent vibration, and check clearance inside the case before installation to avoid cable interference or airflow obstruction.
