How to use

Place the lavalier microphone on the wearer's clothing near the collar or chest area, typically 15–25 cm from the mouth, to achieve clear speech pickup while minimizing clothing rustle. Attach the clip securely and route the cable discreetly to the wireless transmitter pack, keeping the cable free from sharp bends and tension. Pair or tune the corresponding wireless transmitter and receiver to the matching UHF frequency band and perform a soundcheck to set gain levels and confirm absence of interference. During use, monitor audio levels at the mixer or receiver and adjust transmitter gain to avoid clipping while maintaining intelligibility.

Recommendations

For best results, position the capsule on the upper chest or lapel and use a windscreen when recording outdoors or in breezy conditions. Perform a frequency scan in your operating environment to avoid channel conflicts, and secure the cable to clothing to reduce handling noise.
