LevelOne GEMINI vaste IP-camera, 2 megapixel, H.265, 802.3af PoE, IR-LED's, binnen/buiten

The LevelOne GEMINI FCS-5201 H.265 is a fixed-position outdoor IP security camera designed for reliable surveillance in harsh environments. It delivers 2-megapixel resolution with H.265 compression for efficient video streaming, an 83.6° field of view, CMOS sensor (25.4 / 2.8 mm), and up to 60 fps capture. Built in a white bullet form factor for ceiling or wall mounting, the camera supports wired Ethernet with 802.3af PoE to carry power and data over a single Cat.5 cable and is rated IP67 for operation in rain, dust, snow, heat and humid conditions.

Advantages

The camera provides clear, sharp imagery at 2 MP while reducing bandwidth and storage needs with H.265 compression. Its IP67 weatherproof rating and durable bullet design enable continuous outdoor use. PoE (802.3af) simplifies installation by combining power and data over one cable, and the 8x digital zoom plus 83.6° field of view help capture detail across a broad scene. Compact white housing and both ceiling and wall mounting options support flexible deployment.

Suitable for

• Outdoor perimeter surveillance for homes and small businesses
• Monitoring entrances, parking areas and walkways
• Fixed-position coverage for retail or warehouse exteriors

Connect the camera to your network switch or PoE injector using a Cat.5 (or better) cable to provide both power and data. Configure network settings and video parameters (resolution, frame rate, H.265) through the camera’s management interface or your NVR software. Adjust the field of view and use the digital zoom to frame important details. Verify weather seals and cable glands after installation for outdoor protection.

Recommendations

For optimal long-term performance, install the camera under minimal direct sunlight when possible, keep firmware updated, and use a quality PoE switch or injector that complies with 802.3af. Regularly inspect seals and connectors to maintain the IP67 rating and avoid placing the camera where heavy obstructions will block its 83.6° view.
