LNB Televes SPWB 30 wideband 30 dB ruisarm — Televes SPWB 30

Televes SPWB 30 is a wideband LNB that provides 30 dB gain and low-noise reception for satellite signals. It down-converts wideband satellite frequencies to L-band for distribution to one or multiple receivers, making it suitable for residential and small-venue installations that require stable signal levels and reduced noise. The unit fits standard 40 mm H/V feed holders and is intended for use with common satellite dishes.

Advantages

The wideband design reduces the need for multiple LNBs or complex multiswitch arrangements by covering a broad frequency range. With a 30 dB gain and low-noise characteristics, the Televes SPWB 30 delivers improved signal strength to connected receivers and helps maintain signal quality over typical coaxial cable runs. The compact 40 mm H/V feed form factor ensures compatibility with standard dish feeds.

Suitable for

• Home satellite TV reception
• Small commercial or community installations
• Multi-receiver setups where simplified cabling is desired
• Replacement of existing 40 mm H/V feed LNBs

How to use

Mount the Televes SPWB 30 in the dish's 40 mm H/V feed holder and align the dish according to your satellite provider's azimuth and elevation settings. Connect the LNB output to the receiver or distribution equipment using coaxial cable with appropriate F-type connectors. Power is supplied from the receiver via the coaxial cable. Verify signal level and quality on the receiver and make fine adjustments to dish alignment as needed.

Recommendations

Use high-quality coaxial cable and properly tightened F-type connectors to minimise signal loss. For multi-receiver installations, consider an approved multiswitch or splitter rated for satellite wideband signals to ensure correct distribution and power feeding. Protect the LNB from prolonged exposure to severe weather when possible; regular inspection of connectors and sealing will help maintain performance.
