Luidsprekerkabel ShiverPeaks 06-1510011 0,75 mm² 100 m, 2-aderige audiokabel

Speaker cable ShiverPeaks 06-1510011 is a 2-core audio cable with a conductor cross-section of 0.75 mm² and a total length of 100 m. Designed for low-voltage speaker connections, the cable transmits audio signals between amplifiers, receivers and loudspeakers in home and small commercial installations. The jacket is flexible for easier routing through walls and conduits, and the conductor pair has clear polarity marking to reduce wiring errors during installation.

Advantages

The cable offers a balance of flexibility and mechanical durability suitable for typical audio wiring tasks. Its 0.75 mm² cross-section provides sufficient current-carrying capacity for most domestic and small-scale commercial loudspeaker systems. Transparent insulation and polarity marking simplify identification of positive and negative conductors, reducing commissioning time. The continuous 100 m reel length supports long runs without splicing.

Suitable for

• Fixed home audio speaker installations
• Multiroom or distributed speaker systems in small commercial spaces
• Connecting passive loudspeakers to amplifiers and receivers
• Temporary event audio runs and rehearsals

Key specifications

• Conductor cross-section: 0.75 mm²
• Number of cores: 2 (stereo pair)
• Length: 100 m
• Conductor construction: fine-stranded for flexibility
• Insulation/jacket: flexible transparent outer sheath
• Polarity marking: clearly indicated on one conductor
• Intended use: low-voltage audio speaker connections

How to use

Measure the required run and cut the cable from the reel to the appropriate length. Strip the insulation from each conductor according to the terminal requirements of the speaker and amplifier. Observe polarity markings: connect the marked conductor to the positive terminal on both amplifier and speaker, and the unmarked conductor to the negative terminal. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and sources of electromagnetic interference where possible. For in-wall or concealed installations, follow local building and fire codes regarding cable type and installation methods.

Recommendations

For optimal audio performance keep run lengths as short as practical and use proper gauge for the required load. Use secure terminations (screw terminals, spring clips or soldered joints where appropriate) and avoid running speaker cable parallel to mains wiring to reduce noise pickup.
