Luidsprekerkabel PSSO 3022791A 2x4 mm², 1,5 m, zwart

PSSO 3022791A 2x4 mm², 1.5 m, black is a speaker cable with two insulated conductors and a 4 mm² cross-sectional area per conductor. The 1.5 metre length and robust black outer jacket make it suitable for connecting loudspeakers to amplifiers or receivers in home and professional audio setups. The conductor size is intended to provide low resistance and stable signal transfer for short to moderate cable runs.

Advantages

The cable offers a simple and reliable low-voltage audio connection with conductors sized to reduce voltage drop and signal loss over typical speaker distances. Its flexible jacket facilitates routing behind furniture or through audio racks while maintaining conductor protection. The neutral black finish integrates unobtrusively into most interiors and installation environments.

How to use

Measure the required length between amplifier and speaker, allowing a small slack for routing. Strip appropriate amounts of insulation from each conductor end, taking care not to nick or damage the core. Connect positive and negative conductors to the corresponding amplifier and speaker terminals, ensuring secure mechanical and electrical contact. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, pinching, or proximity to high-voltage mains wiring to minimize interference and mechanical stress.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this 2x4 mm² speaker cable for runs up to moderate distances within the same room or nearby rooms; for significantly longer runs consider larger conductor cross-sections to reduce power loss. Avoid routing alongside mains power cables and keep connections clean and tight. When terminating to binding posts or banana plugs, ensure proper stripping and secure fastening to maintain low contact resistance.
