Luidsprekerkabel ShiverPeaks 06-151005 0,75 mm², 100 m, rood/zwart

ShiverPeaks 06-151005 speaker cable is a twin-conductor audio cable supplied on a 100 m roll with red/black polarity marking and a conductor cross-section of 0.75 mm². It is intended for low-voltage audio signal transmission in home, studio and commercial environments, offering a compact solution for fixed installations, in-wall routing or surface runs where a modest conductor size is sufficient.

Advantages

This speaker cable features a clear polarity identification with red and black conductors to simplify connection and reduce wiring errors. The 0.75 mm² cross-section provides a balance between flexibility and current-carrying capacity for short- to medium-length speaker runs. Supplied on a 100 m roll, it enables continuous runs without frequent joins and is suitable for neat routing in cable channels or conduits.

Suitable for

• Connecting bookshelf or compact speakers to amplifiers in home audio setups
• Studio patching for nearfield monitors and small monitoring systems
• Commercial background music systems and paging speakers with moderate power requirements
• In-wall or surface installations where a thin, flexible speaker cable is needed

Key specifications

• Twin-conductor speaker cable, red/black polarity marking
• Conductor cross-section: 0.75 mm²
• Length: 100 meters on a single roll
• Compact construction suitable for in-wall or surface routing
• Intended for low-voltage audio signal transmission

How to use

Strip the outer jacket and the individual conductor insulation carefully to expose the conductor ends, taking care not to nick the strands. Observe polarity by matching the red conductor to the positive terminal and the black conductor to the negative terminal on amplifier and speaker binding posts. For best results, keep runs as short as practical and avoid tight bends; secure the cable at regular intervals when performing in-wall or surface installations. If the installation requires termination, use compatible banana plugs, spade connectors, or properly crimped ferrules rated for the conductor cross-section.

Recommendations

For optimal audio performance, use this 0.75 mm² cable for short to medium speaker runs and pair with speakers and amplifiers that match the cable’s capacity. Avoid long high-power runs where larger conductor cross-sections are recommended to reduce voltage drop and potential signal loss.
