Luidsprekerkabel ShiverPeaks 06-24506 4 mm² 50 m CCA wit

ShiverPeaks 06-24506 speaker cable is a 50 m roll of 4 mm² CCA (copper-clad aluminum) conductor in a white jacket. Designed for fixed indoor audio installations, this cable is intended for connecting speakers, amplifiers and home theater components where a balance between cost and performance is required. The cable construction provides moderate conductivity and a flexible profile suitable for wall routing and concealed runs inside rooms.

Advantages

The cable combines a lightweight CCA conductor with a durable outer sheath to offer economical signal transmission for multi-room and domestic audio setups. Its 4 mm² conductor cross-section supports typical speaker loads while keeping installation handling straightforward. The white jacket allows visually discreet installation against light-colored walls and in channels, and the spool length reduces the need for multiple joins in longer runs.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Fixed indoor speaker installations in homes and small commercial spaces
• Connecting bookshelf, satellite or in-wall speakers to amplifiers and receivers
• Home theater and multi-room audio wiring where concealed routing is required
• Temporary or budget-conscious installations where copper-clad aluminum is acceptable

Key specifications

• Conductor type: copper-clad aluminum (CCA)
• Conductor cross-section: 4 mm²
• Stranding: multi-strand fine wire for flexible handling
• Length: 50 meters on a roll
• Outer jacket color: white
• Intended environment: indoor use, wall routing and concealed runs

How to use

Measure and cut the required length from the roll, allowing extra for routing paths and terminations. Strip the jacket and insulation to expose the conductor ends, taking care with the copper-clad aluminum strands to ensure clean connections. Use suitable speaker terminals, crimp connectors or soldering techniques compatible with CCA conductors to secure reliable contact. Route the cable through walls, conduits or surface channels, avoiding sharp bends and sources of heat. Test each run with the amplifier at low volume before full operation to confirm connections and polarity.

Recommendations

For best performance, keep run lengths appropriate for the speaker impedance and power levels used; use good-quality terminations and minimize joins. Avoid exposure to moisture and direct heat sources. Where maximum conductivity and long-term durability are required, consider comparing CCA with pure copper alternatives.
