Netwerkkabel EFB Elektronik EC020200240 RJ-45 Cat8.1 7,5 m blauw

The EFB Elektronik EC020200240 RJ-45 Cat8.1 networking cable in blue is a 7.5 m high-performance Ethernet cable designed for demanding wired networks. Compliant with Cat8.1 specifications, the cable supports very high data transfer rates and is built with robust shielding and durable RJ-45 connectors with gold plating to maintain reliable signal transmission and long-term contact quality.

Advantages

This S/FTP (S‑STP) shielded cable reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, improving transmission stability in environments with multiple electronic devices. The RJ-45 connectors feature gold-plated contacts for improved conductivity and corrosion resistance, while the 7.5 m length balances reach and signal integrity for typical office, home, or server-rack setups.

Suitable for

• High-speed local area networks (LANs) and data centers
• Server connections and network switches
• Gaming PCs and workstations requiring low-latency wired connections
• Home office and professional AV installations

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat8.1
• Maximum data rate: up to 40000 Mbit/s
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with individually shielded pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Length: 7.5 m
• Colour: Blue

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device (router, switch, modem or network card) and the other end to the target device. Ensure both connector tabs click into place to confirm a secure mechanical and electrical connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sharp kinks; maintain gentle curves and avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines to reduce potential interference.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat8.1 cable in shielded network environments and pair it with compatible Gigabit or multi-gigabit networking equipment. Avoid excessive bending radii and avoid exposure to mechanical stress; if used in patch panels or racks, allow slack and secure the cable with proper ties to prevent connector strain.
