MACLEAN MCE19 plafond PIR-bewegingsmelder – 360°-detectie, 1200 W gloeilampbelasting / 300 W LED-belasting, instelbare tijd en lux, wit

The MACLEAN MCE19 stands out from ordinary motion sensors by combining a true 360° ceiling-mount detection pattern with a robust relay capable of switching up to 1200W of incandescent lighting or 300W of LED/energy-saving loads. Unlike wall-mounted units that leave blind spots, this sensor watches the entire room from above, making it ideal for hallways, stairwells, offices, and utility areas where consistent coverage matters.

Highlights

• Passive infrared (PIR) sensor with 360° detection angle and up to 6 m range at 24°C
• Ceiling mount design for full-room coverage; installation height 2.2–4 m
• Adjustable time delay from 10 s ± 3 s to 7 min ± 2 min
• Ambient light threshold adjustable from <3 to 2000 lux
• High load capacity: 1200 W incandescent / 300 W LED or energy-saving lamps
• Operates on 220–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz; IP20 rated for indoor use
• Durable white ABS housing blends with most ceilings

In daily use

Once installed, the MCE19 reacts to movement within its 360° field, switching lights on automatically and turning them off after the set delay. The lux dial lets you decide whether it works only in darkness or also during daylight, preventing unnecessary activation. With a motion speed detection range of 0.6–1.5 m/s, it reliably catches normal walking pace while ignoring small disturbances. The sensor is designed for indoor environments with temperatures from -20°C to +40°C and humidity below 93% RH.
