Magneetstekkerverbindingsset ShiverPeaks 7-pin 3in1 met houder, model 14-19012

The Magnet Connector Set ShiverPeaks 7-Pin 3in1 with Holder (model 14-19012) is a compact magnetic 7-pin interface intended for towing and trailer electrical connections. The kit provides a magnetic coupling for quick plug-and-play connection and disconnection of trailer lights, indicators and auxiliary power circuits. Its 3in1 design and included holder allow flexible mounting positions on vehicles and trailers where a small, secure electrical interface is required.

Advantages

The magnetic 7-pin coupling simplifies attachment and detachment while maintaining reliable electrical contact under normal road conditions. The 3in1 configuration supports multiple mounting orientations, reducing installation complexity. The included holder secures the connector when not in use and helps protect the contacts from dirt and moisture. The set is designed to be compact and lightweight, enabling use in confined spaces and on different vehicle types.

Suitable for

• Connecting trailer lighting circuits (tail lights, brake lights, indicators)
• Temporary or frequent trailer attachment and removal
• Small trailers, caravans and utility trailers with limited mounting space
• Situations requiring a compact magnetic 7-pin electrical interface

Key specifications

• Connector type: 7-pin magnetic coupling compatible with standard 7-pin trailer wiring functions
• Design: 3in1 configurable mounting orientations for flexible installation
• Material characteristics: compact, lightweight housing with protective holder to shield contacts
• Connection: plug-and-play magnetic attachment for quick connect/disconnect
• Protection: holder protects contacts from dirt and exposure when not connected

How to use

Mount the holder at the chosen location on the vehicle or trailer using appropriate fasteners for the mounting surface. Route the vehicle wiring to the connector and attach conductors according to the standard trailer wiring scheme. Bring the magnetic connector into contact with its mating surface until the magnetic coupling engages and the pins align. Verify lamp functions and auxiliary circuits before driving. When disconnecting, pull the connector straight off the mating surface and place it into the holder to protect the contacts from contamination.

Recommendations

Inspect connections regularly for corrosion or damage and clean contacts if necessary. Ensure wires are secured and protected from chafing during movement. Avoid exposing the connector to high-pressure water jets directly on the contacts and follow vehicle electrical safety procedures during installation and testing.
