Map polypropyleen (PP) HERMA 19835 A4 meerkleurig

The HERMA Folder Polypropylene (PP) 19835 in multicolour is an A4 document folder designed for organising and protecting papers. Constructed from durable polypropylene (PP), the folder measures approximately 240 mm in width and 320 mm in height, providing a secure fit for standard A4 documents with some margin for inserts. Its lightweight and flexible material offers resistance to creasing and moisture, while the multicolour finish gives a clear visual differentiation when sorting files.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction ensures durability and low maintenance, resisting tearing and moisture better than paper folders. The A4-compatible dimensions allow straightforward storage of printed documents, reports and loose sheets. Its flexible yet sturdy feel makes it easy to handle, carry and store in filing systems or backpacks. The multicolour design helps with visual organisation, enabling quick identification of categories or subjects without additional labels.

How to use

Insert A4 documents, printed sheets or loose papers into the folder and close it to protect the contents. Use the multicolour surface to assign folders to different topics, departments or subjects for easy retrieval. Store the folder upright in filing cabinets, shelves or document boxes, or carry it in a bag for transport between home, school and office. Clean the surface with a soft, damp cloth if required.

Recommendations

For longer-term storage, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent colour fading. Do not overload the folder beyond its flexible capacity; distribute heavy documents across multiple folders to maintain shape and protection.
