Mastklem ShiverPeaks 89856-SET verzinkt staal voor buis 48-50 mm

Mast clamp ShiverPeaks 89856-SET is a galvanized steel mounting clamp designed to secure masts, antenna accessories or other fittings to round pipes with diameters of 48–50 mm. The clamp set provides corrosion-resistant fastening intended for outdoor use and mechanical support where a firm, stable attachment around a tubular structure is required.

Advantages

The galvanized steel construction offers durable protection against rust and weathering, extending service life in external installations. The clamp is shaped for a tight fit on tubes of 48–50 mm diameter, delivering reliable grip and reduced slippage. Delivered as a set, it includes the components required for immediate mechanical attachment and provides consistent pressure distribution around the pipe for stable mounting.

Suitable for

• Securing antenna masts and brackets to round mast poles
• Mounting flagpoles, signage or lighting fixtures to tubular structures
• Temporary or semi-permanent outdoor installations requiring corrosion-resistant clamps
• DIY and professional outdoor assembly where a 48–50 mm pipe interface is present

Key specifications

• Material: galvanized steel for corrosion resistance
• Compatible pipe diameter: 48–50 mm
• Function: mechanical clamp for fastening masts and accessories to round tubes
• Application environment: outdoor use, exposed to weather
• Design: split clamp set providing uniform clamping pressure

How to use

Position the clamp halves around the round pipe so that the clamp surfaces seat evenly against the tube. Align the mast or accessory to be mounted between the clamp faces and insert the fastening hardware supplied with the set. Gradually tighten bolts or nuts in an alternating sequence to achieve uniform pressure and prevent distortion of the pipe or clamp. Verify alignment and tighten to the required torque for a firm hold without over-tightening, which could damage the pipe or coating.

Recommendations

Use the clamp on pipes with clean, undamaged surfaces and avoid mounting on tubes with severe corrosion or deformation. For coastal or highly corrosive environments consider periodic inspection and maintenance. When installing antennas or devices with significant wind loading, confirm that the complete mounting assembly (including pole, clamp set and hardware) meets the required mechanical load ratings.
