Mastklem ShiverPeaks 89857 verzinkt staal voor masten tot 60 mm

The ShiverPeaks mast clamp 89857 is a galvanized steel fastening solution designed for masts with a maximum diameter of 60 mm. Built for outdoor use, the clamp provides a corrosion-resistant mounting point for antennas, flagpoles, navigation lights and other mast-mounted equipment. Its simple two-part design enables secure attachment to round masts while maintaining a low profile and reliable mechanical grip.

Advantages

The galvanized steel construction offers long-term resistance to rust and weather exposure, making the clamp suitable for marine and exterior applications. The clamp's form is optimized for circular masts up to 60 mm diameter, ensuring even pressure distribution and stable fixation without complex tools. Corrosion protection and robust mechanical strength reduce maintenance needs and increase service life in outdoor environments.

Suitable for

• Securing antennas on small to medium masts
• Mounting flagpoles and pennants
• Attaching navigation lights or reflectors on boats
• General outdoor mast installations where a metal clamp is required

Key specifications

• Material: galvanized steel for corrosion resistance
• Maximum compatible mast diameter: 60 mm
• Design: two-part clamp for round masts
• Intended environment: outdoor and marine use
• Typical mounting: external surface attachment around mast

How to use

Position the two clamp halves around the mast so that the mating surfaces align with the mast curvature. Insert and tighten the fasteners evenly to bring the halves together until the clamp grips the mast securely; avoid overtightening that could deform the mast or the clamp. Mount the accessory or fitting to the clamp using the provided attachment points or suitable fasteners, ensuring load distribution is appropriate for the installed item. Periodically inspect the clamp and fasteners for signs of corrosion or loosening and re-tighten as needed.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the clamp on clean, undamaged round masts within the specified diameter range. If the mast surface is painted or coated, verify compatibility with the clamp material to avoid galvanic corrosion. When used in marine environments, perform regular inspections and apply additional protective measures if the clamp is subjected to constant salt spray or heavy weathering.
