Mesh-systeem Cudy M1800 dualband Wi-Fi 6 intern wit

The Cudy M1800 Dual-band Wi-Fi 6 Internal White mesh system delivers Wi‑Fi 6 performance across a compact, white enclosure designed for unobtrusive placement in homes and small offices. This model supports dual-band wireless connectivity to improve throughput and device capacity while the internal memory configuration helps maintain stable operation and quick handling of network tasks. The design emphasizes easy expansion into a mesh network to extend coverage without complex wiring.

Advantages

The mesh system uses Wi‑Fi 6 technology to provide higher data rates and improved efficiency for multiple connected devices. Dual-band operation reduces interference by separating 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz traffic, while the internal memory resources support sustained performance under typical household and office loads. The white finish and compact form factor make the unit easy to place in living areas, hallways or workspaces.

Suitable for

• Residential homes seeking whole-home wireless coverage
• Small offices with multiple wireless clients and moderate bandwidth needs
• Streaming video, online meetings and cloud services on multiple devices
• Extending an existing router network to remove dead zones

Key specifications

• Wireless standard: Wi‑Fi 6 (802.11ax), dual-band operation
• Memory: 16 MB internal memory and 256 MB flash memory
• Ports: 1 Ethernet LAN (RJ-45) port for wired device connection
• Colour: White; compact internal design for indoor use

How to use

Place the Cudy M1800 unit centrally in the area where improved coverage is needed and connect it to power. Use the Ethernet LAN port to link the main node to an existing modem or router if a wired backhaul is preferred. Follow the manufacturer's setup procedure via the companion app or web interface to create or expand a mesh network, set SSID and password, and configure wireless settings. After initial setup, allow the system a few minutes to optimise connections and channel allocation across the network.

Recommendations

Position units at least a few metres apart and avoid placing them inside closed cabinets or behind large metal objects to maximise mesh coverage. For best performance with multiple high-bandwidth devices, connect bandwidth-heavy equipment to the Ethernet port where possible and keep firmware updated to benefit from stability and security improvements.
