TP-Link AX1500 Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi 6 Systeem

The TP-Link AX1500 Dual-band Wi-Fi 6 mesh system provides whole-home wireless coverage using Wi‑Fi 6 technology with combined dual-band throughput up to 1500 Mbit/s. The compact white units include internal antennas and a design intended for unobtrusive placement. Built-in parental controls let you schedule bedtimes and apply content filters to manage internet access for connected devices. The product is certified to CE, FCC and RoHS standards and is sized at 110 mm × 110 mm × 114 mm.

Advantages

This mesh system supports the latest Wi‑Fi 6 features on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands to improve capacity and device handling in multi-user environments. Internal antennas and a compact footprint simplify installation and placement. Parental control features allow administrators to set time limits and filter content without additional software. Dual Ethernet LAN ports enable wired device connections where needed.

How to use

Unpack the units and place them in central positions to ensure overlapping coverage across the home. Connect one unit to your modem via Ethernet and power on the devices. Use the TP‑Link setup app or web interface to create the mesh network, configure SSID and password, and enable parental controls with scheduling and content filters as required. Connect client devices to the appropriate 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz SSID depending on range and bandwidth needs. Use the LAN ports for wired connections such as smart TVs or networked storage.

Recommendations

Place primary unit near the modem and distribute satellite units on different floors or rooms with a clear line of sight where possible. Reserve 5 GHz band for high‑bandwidth activities like streaming and gaming, and 2.4 GHz for longer‑range or lower‑bandwidth devices. Regularly update firmware through the app or web interface to maintain security and performance.
