METZ CONNECT OpDAT patchkabel SC duplex naar SC duplex OS2 4,0 m LSZH geel

The METZ CONNECT OpDAT patch cable is a high-performance fiber optic patch cable designed for reliable single-mode connections in data centers, telecommunications rooms, and enterprise networks. With SC duplex connectors on both ends and OS2 fiber classification, this cable ensures low insertion loss and high return loss for optimal signal integrity over distances up to 4.0 meters.

Advantages

This patch cable offers exceptional durability and performance. The LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket provides enhanced safety in enclosed spaces by reducing toxic fumes and smoke in case of fire. The duplex construction with two fibers supports bidirectional communication, and the UPC polish ensures minimal signal reflection. Typical insertion loss of ≤0.3 dB and return loss ≥50 dB guarantee reliable data transmission.

Suitable for

• Data center patching and cross-connects
• Telecommunications network infrastructure
• Enterprise LAN and SAN environments
• Fiber-to-the-desk (FTTD) installations
• Test and measurement equipment connections
