Microconnect B-UTP603O Netwerkkabel Oranje 3 m Cat6 U/UTP (UTP)

The MicroConnect B-UTP603O is a 3 m Cat6 networking cable with RJ-45 connectors designed for linking network devices such as switches, modems, routers or for connecting to patch panels, keystone jacks and wall outlets. It supports Cat6 standard testing up to 250 MHz and is backward compatible with Cat5e and Cat5. The cable uses U/UTP (unshielded) construction and comes in a distinctive orange color with latch protection to reduce the risk of connector damage during installation in tight spaces.

Advantages

The cable provides high-speed data transmission up to 10000 Mbit/s and meets Cat6 performance requirements up to 250 MHz. Its U/UTP design reduces external interference for stable connections, while RJ-45 connectors on both ends ensure broad device compatibility. Latch protection preserves connector integrity when routing the cable through cramped installations. The 3 m length offers flexibility for typical office, home or entertainment setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches, routers or modems to network infrastructure
• Patch panels and keystone jack connections
• Small office and home network installations
• Home entertainment systems and media players

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat6 (tested up to 250 MHz)
• Data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s
• Length: 3 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — RJ-45
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded)
• Colour: Orange
• Weight: 0.07 kg

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet ports of the devices you want to link (for example, router to switch or switch to patch panel). Ensure connectors click into place using the latch protection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; leave some slack near connection points to prevent stress on the connectors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources (large motors, fluorescent lighting or heavy electrical wiring) and avoid kinking. Use this Cat6 cable for typical LAN connections in offices and homes where Cat6 performance and backward compatibility with Cat5e/Cat5 are required.
