MicroConnect HDMI ColorFlex Clips MC-SR-W-HDDP — flexibel ontwerp, duurzaam materiaal

MicroConnect HDMI ColorFlex Clips MC-SR-W-HDDP are cable management clips designed to secure HDMI connections and reduce mechanical stress on connectors. Made from a flexible yet durable material, these clips attach around HDMI plugs to stabilise the cable position, limit movement at the connector, and help maintain tidy AV and workstation installations. The simple form factor and neutral white finish suit a range of environments from home entertainment systems to professional display setups.

Advantages

The flexible design conforms to cable and connector shapes, providing strain relief without obstructing the plug. Durable material resists wear from repeated handling and helps prevent connector damage. The compact profile allows discreet placement behind displays or equipment while improving cable organisation and reducing accidental disconnections. Installation and removal are tool-free, making them practical for quick adjustments and maintenance.

Suitable for

• Home theatre HDMI connections
• Office workstation and conference room displays
• AV installations in retail or public spaces
• Temporary setups and event equipment

Key specifications

• Material: flexible, durable polymer designed for repeated flexing
• Colour: white, neutral finish to blend with most devices
• Compatibility: for standard HDMI connectors and cables
• Mounting: clip-on design for tool-free attachment and removal
• Form factor: low-profile to minimise visual impact and clearance requirements

How to use

Slide the ColorFlex clip over the HDMI plug so that it seats around the connector and grips the cable jacket close to the plug. Ensure the clip is positioned to relieve stress at the connector-cable junction and that it does not obstruct the plug seating in the HDMI port. Adjust orientation as needed for clearance behind displays or devices. Removal is done by gently pulling the clip away from the plug while supporting the cable to avoid stressing the connector.

Recommendations

For optimal protection, position the clip as close to the connector as possible and avoid routing the cable with sharp bends immediately after the plug. Use a clip for each HDMI connection that experiences frequent handling or movement. Periodically inspect the clip and cable for wear and replace if the material shows significant degradation.
