Monitorkabel ROLINE DVI M - DVI M (24+1) Dual-Link 20 m

The ROLINE Monitor Cable ROLINE DVI M - DVI M (24+1) dual link 20 m is a 20-metre DVI-D to DVI-D cable designed for digital video transmission between a graphics card and a digital monitor. With dual-link (24+1) wiring it supports higher resolutions and ensures signal integrity over the full length, making it suitable for stable connections in professional and home setups.

Advantages

This DVI cable preserves image quality by avoiding digital-to-analog conversion, delivering a direct digital signal between devices. Its dual-link configuration increases bandwidth for higher resolution and refresh rates, while the 20 m length provides flexibility for longer cable runs without intermediate adapters.

Suitable for

• Connecting a PC graphics card to a DVI-D compatible monitor
• Workstations and office displays requiring reliable digital video
• Home setups where a long, direct DVI connection is needed

Key specifications

• Connector type: DVI-D (24+1) male – DVI-D (24+1) male
• Cable length: 20 m
• Cable colour: Black
• Link type: Dual link
• Brand: ROLINE, MPN: 11.04.5599, EAN: 7611990175284

How to use

Connect one DVI-D male connector to the graphics card output and the other DVI-D male connector to the monitor input. Ensure both devices are powered off when connecting or disconnecting to avoid potential signal issues. Tighten the connector screws by hand to secure the connection and then power on the devices. Configure the display resolution in the operating system or graphics driver if necessary.

Recommendations

For optimal signal stability over 20 m, route the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources (large power supplies, transformers, or heavy machinery) and avoid sharp bends. Use the dual-link capability for high-resolution displays and verify that both the source and monitor support DVI-D dual-link.
