Netkabel ACT Powercord USA-stekker – C13 zwart 2,5 m

The ACT Powercord USA plug - C13 black 2.5 m is a mains power cable designed to provide a reliable connection between a Type B (NEMA 5-15) wall outlet and devices with a C13 inlet. With a length of 2.5 meters and a durable black jacket, this power cord is intended for equipment that operates from 120 V and up to 10 A. The cable construction supports consistent power delivery for office and home electronics while maintaining a compact, flexible form factor suitable for rack-mounted devices, desktop computers, monitors and other appliances with IEC C13 sockets.

Advantages

The cable offers a straightforward connection solution with a molded Type B plug and an IEC C13 coupler that fit common power inputs. Its 2.5 m length provides extra reach compared with short patch cords while keeping cable clutter manageable. The black outer jacket resists wear and helps the cord blend into standard professional and consumer environments. Rated for typical 120 V, 10 A applications, the cord delivers stable power transfer for everyday electronic equipment.

Suitable for

• Desktop computers and workstations
• Monitors and small office printers
• Network switches, routers and small rack equipment
• Audio/visual components with IEC C13 inlets
• Home appliances and chargers rated for 120 V, 10 A

Key specifications

• Cable length: 2.5 m
• Plug type (mains): Type B (NEMA 5-15) angled/molded
• Coupler type (device): IEC C13
• Color: Black
• Rated voltage: 120 V
• Rated current: 10 A
• Conductor type: Multi-strand copper (flexible)
• Insulation and jacket: PVC or equivalent thermoplastic

How to use

Inspect the cable for visible damage before use. Insert the Type B plug into a properly grounded 120 V outlet and connect the IEC C13 coupler to the device inlet until it seats securely. Ensure the connected device's rated voltage and current do not exceed the cable specifications. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, pinch points and heat sources. When disconnecting, grip the plug housings rather than pulling on the cable to prevent conductor stress.

Recommendations

Use this power cord in dry interior environments and avoid exposure to liquids. For permanent installations or higher power requirements, select a cable rated for the appropriate current and local safety standards. Periodically check the cord for wear and replace it if insulation is cracked or conductors are exposed.
