How to use

Confirm that the connector type of this mains lead matches the inlet on your appliance before use. Fully insert the device connector into the appliance inlet and plug the moulded plug into a suitable mains socket. Ensure the socket and appliance ratings are compatible with your local mains voltage and that the cable is routed to avoid sharp bends, heat sources and tripping hazards. Disconnect by withdrawing the plug from the mains socket rather than pulling on the cable.

Recommendations

Inspect the cable periodically for visible damage such as cuts, exposed conductors or damaged connectors; do not use if any damage is found. Use indoors and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight or temperatures beyond normal indoor ranges. Replace the lead if the connector no longer fits securely or if the insulation becomes brittle.
