Netwerk-videorecorder Hikvision DS-7608NI-Q1 E PL — 8-kanaals IP-NVR

Hikvision DS-7608NI-Q1 E PL is an 8-channel network video recorder designed to record, manage and playback streams from IP cameras. The NVR centralizes video from multiple network cameras, offers local storage options and supports remote viewing and monitoring over a network. It is intended for environments that require continuous or event-based surveillance with straightforward configuration and standard network connectivity.

Advantages

This 8-channel IP NVR supports simultaneous recording and playback across multiple camera streams while maintaining efficient storage management. It enables centralized video management, scheduled or motion-triggered recording, and remote access for live view and playback. The device is compatible with standard IP camera connections and provides basic local storage capacity for recorded footage, simplifying video retention and retrieval.

Suitable for

• Home security systems requiring centralized recording of IP cameras
• Small office surveillance and monitoring of workspaces
• Retail environments for recording customer areas and transaction points
• Remote monitoring of small business premises via network access

Key specifications

• Channel support: up to 8 IP camera streams
• Recording modes: continuous, scheduled, and event-triggered recording
• Storage: local hard drive bay(s) for recorded video (drive sold separately)
• Network connectivity: standard Ethernet network interfaces for camera and remote access
• Playback: simultaneous playback and live view of multiple channels

Use the local monitor connection or the remote client/web interface to view live streams, play back recorded footage, and manage system settings.

Recommendations

Place the NVR in a ventilated, secure location and use a UPS for power protection if continuous operation is critical. Regularly check storage health and export important recordings to external media for long-term retention. Keep firmware up to date and restrict remote access with strong user credentials and network security measures.
