Netwerk-videorecorder Hikvision DS-7608NXI-K1(D) – IP-recorder, 8 kanalen, alarm 4+1

Hikvision DS-7608NXI-K1(D) is an 8-channel IP network video recorder built to record, manage and play back streams from multiple IP cameras. The recorder offers centralized storage, live monitoring and synchronized playback, and supports Alarm 4+1 functionality for basic alarm integration. It is intended for small to medium commercial and residential surveillance installations that require multi-channel recording with alarm inputs and networked camera management.

Advantages

The recorder provides stable multi-channel recording and remote access over IP networks, enabling continuous or scheduled capture of camera streams. Alarm 4+1 support allows linking of external alarm inputs and a dedicated alarm output to trigger recording, notifications and external devices. The device supports centralized storage and timeline-based playback for efficient incident review. Compatible with common IP camera management protocols and Hikvision ecosystem tools, it simplifies configuration and monitoring for integrators and end users.

Suitable for

• Small retail shops and boutiques
• Residential buildings and apartment complexes
• Small offices and administrative premises

Configure recording schedules, motion detection and alarm linkage so that alarm inputs trigger recording or output actions as required. Use the recorder’s local HDMI/VGA outputs or remote client software and mobile apps to view live feeds and perform playback. Regularly monitor disk usage and configure overwriting policies to maintain continuous recording.

Recommendations

Place the recorder in a secure, ventilated location and use enterprise-grade hard drives designed for surveillance workloads. Verify camera compatibility and network bandwidth to ensure stable multi-channel recording. Configure user access rights and enable secure remote access settings to protect recorded data and management interfaces.
